A leading automotive company in Johor Bahru is seeking sales representatives to drive EV sales and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidates are self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills in English and local languages. They will provide expert advice on EVs and utilize social media for lead generation. Drive EV Sales: Welcome customers, conduct product demonstrations, manage sales pipeline from lead to closure
Customer Relationship Building: Provide expert advice on Leapmotor EVs, financing options, and government incentives
Lead Generation: Create social media content (customer testimonials, delivery moments) to attract potential buyers and generate sales leads
Sales Process Management: Prospect customers, arrange test drives, maintain accurate CRM records, and follow up on opportunities
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service that reflects Leapmotor's premium brand standards
What We're Looking For
Education: Diploma/Degree preferred; fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply
Experience: Sales or Customer service background is an advantage; full EV product training provided
Communication: Excellent skills in English and local languages
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms to showcase products and connect with customers
