Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in inventory systems, ERP, or IT support are a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting inventory management systems, ERP solutions, or similar applications.
• Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, system integration, and user support.
• Familiar with SQL (queries, joins, filters) and Excel (Power Query, Pivot, XLOOKUP).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of retail or outlet inventory processes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first-line support for ERP users—troubleshoot transactions, access issues, and configuration gaps.
• Document all issues in a ticketing system for escalation when unresolved.
• Assist in user account setup and access management.
• Monitor daily ERP batch jobs and integration syncs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Respond promptly to support tickets or urgent instructions from superiors.
