Job description
We are looking for an ERP Helpdesk Engineer to join our client IT team.

In this role, you will provide first-line support for ERP systems and IT infrastructure, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure smooth business operations. You’ll work closely with ERP consultants, IT engineers, and users to maintain a stable and secure IT environment.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide first-line support for ERP, hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests promptly.
  • Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ERP clients and office software.
  • Maintain Windows & macOS systems, including updates, patching, and security.
  • Support ERP user accounts, permissions, and access issues.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to resolve connectivity issues.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures in a knowledge base.
  • Assist with IT asset management, tracking ERP-related hardware and software.
What We Are Looking For:
  • 3+ years in Helpdesk, ERP Support, or similar IT role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS.
  • Experience troubleshooting ERP systems, software, hardware, and networks.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing and remote desktop tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and business applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
