Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.
• Proficiency in Python for ERPNext customization and business logic development.
• Experience working with MariaDB / MySQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementations from requirements discovery through go-live.
• Conduct business process workshops and fit-gap analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
