Qualifications

• Technical secondary school degree or higher with equipment maintenance experience.
• Experience in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics is preferred.
• 3+ years for vocational, 1-2 years for Associate, and 0-2 years for Bachelor's grads.

This role focuses on equipment maintenance, failure resolution, quality compliance, and efficiency optimization for Linergy’s lithium-ion battery production, requiring relevant engineering qualifications, experience (based on education), basic mechatronic expertise, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for equipment maintenance, and ensure failures be resolved quickly.
2. Identify potential equipment issues in advance through routine specialized equipment inspection.
3. Resolve quality issues and ensure product compliance.
4. Respond quickly to equipment failures and build spare parts management plans.
5. Continuously improve equipment operational efficiency.
6. Enhance the maintenance skills of production technicians.

Qualifications

1. Education requirements: technical secondary school degree or above, with experience in equipment maintenance.
2. Professional requirements: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
3. Experience Requirements: equipment maintenance experience above 3 years (for vocational school graduates), 1-2 years (for Associate degree graduates), 0-2 years (for bachelor's degree graduates, including fresh graduates).
4. Possess basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering; familiar with mechanical principles, mechanical drawing, and tolerance analysis.
5. Other Requirements: Possess a strong work ethic and a proactive, enterprising attitude.
