Job description

Responsiblefor company process equipment full cycle management,handlingasset and calibration management.

Standardize and train staff on new manufacturing equipment, including creating working instructions and procedure.

Lead technicians to troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment related problems including modification if requiredto ensure optimal performance.

Develop and implement efficient and cost-effective maintenance programme for manufacturing equipment.

Ensure scheduled maintenance and availability of parts are effectively carried out tominimize equipment downtime and production disruptions. Establish essential spare parts inventory.

Participate in the verification and review of new equipment,get involved to equipment selection.

Initiate continuous improvementworkedto enhance equipment/tester productivity and reduce maintenance cost.

Perform calibration datasheet/ certificate review, andin charge calibration activities.

Ensure all calibration documents and practices are in compliance to applicable procedures and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Able to communicate with Headquarters in Wuhan, China, and all races in Malaysia.
• Possess a Vocational Diploma or any higher certification in Electronics & Optics.
• Agree to work in dust-free clothing.
• Proficiency in using software such as EXCEL, WORD, Protel, and CAD.
