Job summary

A facilities management company in Malaysia is seeking a temporary Event Coordinator to manage activities such as sports games and CSR events for residents. The role requires administrative support, vendor management, and effective communication skills in Malay and English. Candidates should possess an SPM/Diploma and have their own transport. This is a contract position running until September 2026.

Qualifications

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Head the event coordinator role, organise and manage activities such as sport games, competitions, CSR activities, NGO activities and events for tenants.
  • Arrange prizes, meals, venue and transportation for activities.
  • Support administrative functions including researching, negotiating and dealing with new suppliers or vendors, requesting quotations, issuing RF, following up on PO, payment terms until completion of received items and day‑to‑day administrative work.
  • In charge of Petty Cash usage documentation for accounts.
  • Prepare expense summary lists for Resident Relation Managers.
  • Purchase and manage inventory of all office consumables (paper, stationery, etc.).
  • Assist the purchasing function with the head office.
  • Handle enrolment mo tasks including filing resident work হচ্ছে permit, following up on expiring permits, emailing reports on non‑active cards to customers, replacing resident cards and submitting damage forms to accounts.
  • Perform ad hoc enrolment duties such as submitting daily reports, checking in/out residents and submitting tenant transactions if required.
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by superiors.
