Nationality: Open to all. Non-native speakers must have near-native pronunciation with no noticeable accent.

Job Responsibilities

• Teach across the full age range:
  • Preschool (ages 5–6): immersion English through songs, TPR, picture books, and games;
  • Kids (ages 7–12): phonics, speaking, test‑prep courses;
  • Adults: general conversation, travel/business English, zero‑beginner crash courses.
• Deliver lessons in English; use Mandarin only when necessary to support total beginners.
• Create individual learning profiles, conduct regular assessments, and provide progress reports.
• Contribute to curriculum development, adapting shared resources for young vs. adult learners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for English, Education, Early‑Childhood, or TESOL majors.
• Minimum 1 year English‑teaching experience; candidates qualified to teach both preschool (5–6) and adult classes will receive priority.
• International TESOL / TEFL / CELTA certificate preferred.
• Standard pronunciation, strong classroom presence, rapport, and sense of responsibility.
• Able to switch rapidly between play‑based (for young children) and task‑based (for adults) methodologies.

Desirable

Fluent Mandarin for seamless communication with zero‑beginner students and parents.
