Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in R&M building maintenance or related field with 3 years in management level.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to be based at Resorts World Genting, Pahang.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meetings with executives on outstanding work orders.
• Report to VP – Engineering on major repairs and incidents.
• Liaise with end users for work requests.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
• Delegate work to executives and supervisors.
• Manage staff overtime, performance, and productivity.
• Attend Hotel Operations Meeting.
• Attend SAP-PR release within authority limit.
• Maintain staff discipline.
• Conduct job briefings and training.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
