Act as the major communication bridge and window between factory and the supplier, deliver zero-defect and competitive component and services to factory & customers.
Job Responsibilities
- KPI: Weekly / Monthly /Half a year and annual summary by supplier / part number.
- Improving IQC incoming MRB / Non-QVL / LRR.
- Supplier survey and audit (QSA/QPA/ISO/QMS system).
- Supplier quality and process improvement (8D report)
- Supplier management plan of hazardous substances (GP program)
- Supplier important quality problem and preventive measures.
- Any other job functions are required by management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quality Management/ Engineering / Business Admin or any related field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Electrical/Electronic and Mechanical Engineering supplier quality management / incoming quality control management. Those with working experience in EMS environment will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Electrical / Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, materials and expertise in quality management methods.
- Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of IQC related work procedures and processes.
- Acquaintance with the use of IQC equipment. Experience in QA / SQM function field.
- Familiarity with SMT, PCBA & Final Assembly process quality system, production process, statistical method and management skill.
- Supplier QSA, QPA and site audit.
- Working skills/knowledge in FAI report verification process, IATF16949 5 main tools, IPC-A-610 standard, Process Capability Analysis, 8D Problem Solving methods, 7 Basic QC tools, SPC techniques.
- Knowledge of ISO9001 management system required.
- The ability to follow up issues independently with good communication skills.
- Must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor
