About the role

This is a full‑time role as an Engineer, Production cum Maintenance. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and maintenance of the company's manufacturing equipment and facilities.

What you’ll be doing
  • Production Management – Monitor and supervise daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets; plan and schedule production tasks; ensure processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements; coordinate with QC, warehouse, planning, and logistics teams; develop and revise Work Instructions and process flow for smoother operations.
  • Maintenance Responsibilities – Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues during breakdowns; plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules; maintain records of repairs, PM reports, and spare parts; coordinate with external vendors for servicing, repair, and calibration; support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery.
  • Facilities Management – Oversee maintenance of building facilities such as electrical systems, water supply, air compressors, and plumbing; ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained workplace; analyse equipment performance and facility data; implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • People Management – Supervise supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel; provide technical guidance; coordinate manpower planning and contractor work supervision.
What we’re looking for
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in production & maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge in machinery troubleshooting, utilities systems, and facility equipment.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly to breakdowns and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
  • Additional Advantages: Experience in air compressor management, injection moulding & blow moulding; knowledge of ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM; familiarity with automation and electrical installation.
