Knowledge of IE principles: time study, speed modelling, process documentation, and productivity metrics.

Familiarity with Lean fundamentals: 5S, waste elimination, visual management, and Kaizen rules.

Job Responsibilities

Conducts basic studies under supervision (time study and speed modelling) with Lean concept familiarization

Supports data collection, documentation, and standard work setup.

Conducts 5S audits and basic improvement activities.

Familiar with basic tools like Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, Charts and Basic Formula), PowerPoint, and AutoCAD basics

Good teamwork, communication, ability to follow guidance and on time deliver assigned tasks
