Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance by leading the fortnightly planning and monitoring the execution of the plan.
• Support and provide feedback via the weekly Execution Maintenance Schedule meeting.
• Supervise breakdown jobs and provide support on the shutdown plan.
• Lead the Inventory planning and provide support to procurement on technical purchases.
• Raise indents for the requisite material and assist the purchasing department.
• Support Plant Inspections carried out by Inspectors.
• Ensure that the Planners turn the WO into detailed activities for the Execution team.
• Participate in the RCA meetings for unplanned stoppages as per the RCA Guideline and provide input based on feedback from the Technician.
• Supervise the Budget for the Mechanical Execution Process and minimize unnecessary spending.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles within the cement manufacturing industry or heavy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and processes used in cement plants, including crushers, mills, kilns, conveyors, and dust collectors.
• Technical knowledge of preventive, predictive, and systematic maintenance (databases, CMMS, Project Software).
