Job description
Responsibilities
  • Geotechnical desk study, broad-based geological assessment and geotechnical risk assessment.
  • Planning, procurement and management of site investigation works, including geotechnical data management.
  • Technical review of design consultants’ submissions (design drawings, reports, calculations, specifications, etc.).
  • Design management and document/drawing coordination, in line with project processes and procedures.
  • Geotechnical design checking & analysis of foundations, ground treatment and slope treatments.
  • Identifying alternative solutions and value-engineering opportunities, working together with consultants and specialist contractors where required.
  • Coordinate and manage external parties (i.e. consultants, authorities, client, etc.) and liaise effectively with other departments (construction, commercial, etc.) and members within the organization.
  • Preparation of technical notes, reports & presentation material.
  • Incorporation of digitalisation and ESG into relevant aspects of work.
  • Supervision and development of junior members of staff.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
