Job description

Requirements

• More than 2 years of working experience in a PCBA electronics factory, with rich technical experience in electronic product equipment.
• Experience in maintenance and adjustment of Vitrox AOI or AOI of other brands, responsible for the debugging of AOI equipment, verification and setting of the best detection parameters for the inspected parts to ensure a high direct pass rate and a low loss rate, and effective management of AOI detection parameters to ensure the success rate of detection.
• Be proficient in the electrical functions of the equipment and possess practical hands‑on maintenance capabilities.
• Independent project improvement experience is preferred.
• SMT 3‑5 years equipment management experience.
• NXT Machine experience priority.
• Have team management experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Control equipment issues that cause malfunctions and downtime, and prevent sudden equipment problems from occurring.
• Track and be responsible for improving the operational efficiency, achievement rate and equipment utilization rate of the equipment.
• Keep the equipment in good condition at all times.
• Control the use of equipment spare parts.
• Control the scrapping of PCBA.
• Be responsible for the update of equipment and maintenance documents, the recording of reports, and the discipline of technicians. Be fully responsible for the duties, assessment, rewards and penalties of technicians.
• Before starting work every day, hold a meeting with all engineers and technicians to review equipment issues and defect rates. During the handover between day and night shifts, preventive measures should be taken for equipment problems.
