Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in managing Energy Performance Contract projects.
• Proficient in technical and financial calculations for investment projects.
• Possession of recognized competency certification in green building is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide counsel to the Legal Department during agreement drafting.
• Forecast budgets for CAPEX and OPEX to ensure project delivery.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders on sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry forums and events.
• Oversee TM EPC projects and lead Green Building initiatives.
