• Practical experience in supporting corporate IT operations.
• Skilled in Windows OS deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with software installation and configuration.
• Practical experience with EDR tools, preferably CrowdStrike.
• Knowledge of endpoint security best practices.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support endpoint setup, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Install and troubleshoot OS and business applications.
• Rebuild and deploy secure Windows images.
• Deploy and monitor EDR tools like CrowdStrike.
• Respond to security alerts and investigate incidents.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory records.
• Assist with asset management and user support.
• Train users on endpoint security best practices.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and peripherals.
• Perform patching and vulnerability management.
• Investigate virus and malware events and take action.
