Job summary

A key player in custom product orders is seeking a dedicated individual to ensure the smooth processing of customized UV printing and laser engraving orders. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in the printing/production industry and a Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia. Responsibilities include managing production from order to fulfillment, conducting quality assurance, and collaborating with sales and operations teams. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop, and a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in the printing/production industry.
• Experience with UV printing/engraving machines is preferred.
• Highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process custom UV printing & laser engraving production orders.
• Collaborate with Sales & Ops to complete job orders.
• Oversee the complete production process from order to fulfillment.
• Perform quality assurance for the finished product.
