Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years of production leadership experience.
• Experience managing large operations (300+ operators).
• Strong knowledge of SMT / Assembly production environments.
• Solid understanding of shift management and manpower planning.

• Lead and manage end-to-end production operations.
• Drive daily production planning and efficiency improvements.
