A leading telecommunications company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Employee Engagement & Experience Specialist responsible for enhancing employee satisfaction through event management. This role involves planning festive celebrations, overseeing procurement processes, and liaising with internal teams for event logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing employee activities and ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. Job Summary This role is responsible for driving the "Life at Work" strategy by managing the end-to-end execution of employee activities, including festive celebrations, annual dinners, and well-being events. The Senior Executive acts as a primary liaison with internal stakeholders, such as Retail Management and Facilities, to secure venue approvals and ensure seamless on-ground operations. Additionally, this role oversees the full procurement lifecycle, from sourcing vendors to processing payments, ensuring strict financial compliance. The incumbent will work closely with U Ambassadors to drive participation and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve the employee experience journey.
