Perform semen analysis, sperm preparation, oocyte/embryo culture, embryo freezing/thaw embryos, ICSI, and other ART procedures.

Support patients by ensuring high fertilisation and pregnancy success rates.

Maintain IVF laboratory standards, including cleanliness, sterility, equipment care, and stock control.

Stay updated with the latest reproductive technologies through journals, training, and conferences.

Assist in Donor Insemination programmes, including donor recruitment and medical screening updates.

Collaborate with fertility specialists and support centre operations when required.

Handle and resolve service-related issues professionally and ensure a positive patient experience.

Work with relevant organisations to develop new tests, methods, and improvements.
