Be responsible for maintaining and improving our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and driving continuous improvement in all manufacturing processes.
Be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of workshop electrical systems and automation control systems, ensuring that electrical and automation systems operate safely, reliably, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical engineering projects.
Be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, routine inspection, and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
Perform fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance in accordance with process flow diagrams, electrical design drawings, and equipment maintenance manuals.
Collaborate with Production, EHS, and other relevant departments on electrical equipment modification, upgrading, and optimization to enhance equipment efficiency and operational safety.
Develop and oversee the implementation of electrical operating parameters and maintenance plans to ensure stable equipment operation and improve production efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Strong core professional technical competence, with a solid foundation in electrical engineering theory, electrical equipment operation and maintenance, fault diagnosis, and an understanding of relevant international and domestic standards and codes.
Proven capability in electrical system design, with hands-on engineering practice experience.
Demonstrated competence in safety management, quality assurance, and cost control.
Proficiency in E-PLAN software andPLC(Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.) is preferred.
