Job description

Plan, coordinate, delegate works to subordinates and carry out all types of electrical maintenance works.

Provide reports to superior on work status with manpower and materials and tools usage for work assigned.

Assist in managing orders of building materials to ensure sufficient materials for work purpose.

Maintain attendance records for subordinates, W/O records and inventory records on all building equipment, tools and machineries.

Ensure efficient and proper use of materials, building tools and machineries in order to reduce costs.

SPM / SPVM / SKM / or relevant certificate (electrical).

Experience in the related field for at least 1 year.

Able to work in groups and individually, disciplined and responsible.
