Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, OR Completion of SKM Level 3 (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) in Electrical Installation or equivalent vocational training.

PW3 / PW4 competency certificates issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) is added advantage.

Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in electrical installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.

Willingness to work overtime, on-call rotations, weekends, or at project sites when required.

Willing to be based in Serendah, Selangor.

Responsibility

• Diagnose and resolve electrical malfunctions, including short circuits, faulty wiring, power supply issues, and equipment failures, using multimeters, insulation testers, and other diagnostic tools.

• Read, interpret, and apply information from electrical blueprints, layout drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and repair work.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance on electrical systems, switchboards, distribution boards, lighting systems, motors, and related equipment to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Install wiring, conduits, control panels, circuit breakers, and electrical fixtures in accordance with electrical codes and project specifications.

• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to technical requirements.

• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out protocols, and ensure work complies with Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) regulations and relevant electrical codes.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, test results, and any corrective actions taken for audit, compliance, and project tracking.
