Job description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer (5–10 years) with strong expertise in automation, HVAC control, and VFD applications to join Kruger Malaysia. This role will act as a technical bridge between sales and customers, driving the growth of Kruger’s Smart Fan Solution (Fan + VFD + DCV). The candidate will support business development activities, provide technical sales support, and help position Kruger as a market leader in energy‑efficient ventilation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote Kruger Smart Fan Solution (Fan + VFD + DCV) in local market
• Provide technical sales support, proposal preparation, and energy saving calculation for customers and sales team.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and end‑users to specify solutions in projects (car park, kitchen, industrial, commercial building)
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations for sales team and dealers
• Collaborate with regional product manager to align strategy, pricing, and promotion
• Identify market opportunities and contribute to business development strategy in Malaysia

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Automation / Control / Mechatronics Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in HVAC control, VFD application, or building automation
• Strong knowledge in VFD, motor control, sensors, and HVAC system integration
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or application engineering is a plus
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken), local language proficiency is a must
• Proactive, customer‑oriented, and able to work with cross‑functional team

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Demand Control Ventilation (DCV), BMS integration, or Smart building solution
• Knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, ASHRAE)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
