The successful candidate will be responsible for electrical system design and review, cost analysis, procurement strategy, and technical support. They should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience in the electrical or M&E construction sectors. Strong proficiency in high-voltage systems, analytical skills, and familiarity with Malaysian codes will be essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in estimation or cost engineering within Electrical or M&E construction sectors.
• Proficiency in cable sizing, lighting design, and ELV systems (PA, BAS, CCTV, etc.).
• Familiarity with Malaysian building codes and electrical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical system design and review.
• Prepare and submit quotations for proposals and tenders.
• Gather project requirements and clarify technical details.
• Provide input on procurement strategy and tender documents.
• Attend meetings with Department Managers for project execution.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop business opportunities.
