The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in electrical assembly and testing, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. This role includes direct collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Wärtsilä Energy Storage is looking for an Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing. The role will be part of the Manufacturing Engineering team. The Engineer is responsible for the design, development, assembly, and testing of electrical systems and components. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and performance requirements. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter that can work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. The candidate should thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment while the industry and company go through substantial growth.
The Engineer is required to work on site at the factory in Penang, Malaysia from Monday to Friday.
