Job description

Mosca, one of “Germany’s hidden champions”, offers the best available end‑of‑line packaging solutions. Headquartered in Germany and operating worldwide, we are a family‑owned company with almost 60 years of experience and reputation for quality and reliability in sophisticated, high‑end packaging machinery.

Malaysia is for 20 years our home to two manufacturing entities, making strapping machines and materials. We just moved to a new, much bigger facility, allowing us to assemble a range of more complex and customised machines. Malaysia is one of our three manufacturing centres of excellence and ships via our own sales subsidiaries worldwide. Quality at highest German standards is unified, global and uncompromising.

Our machines sit at the end of our customers’ manufacturing process. Our equipment forms the end of their process chain and functions at highest reliability to ensure smooth production and avoid costly downtime. Our customers’ finished product must be efficiently and functionally packed and secured for transport. Our innovative strength and pioneering spirit made us the technology leader in strapping and securing goods in transit.

As part of our growth, we are expanding the Malaysian segment of our global engineering team. This creates an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands‑on technical work, automation projects, and real machine implementation.
