Job Objectives

Under general supervision, responsible for the electrical wiring design, issue project material list, compile BOM list, and troubleshooting for the machine.

Job Responsibilities

1. Design the electrical wiring diagram of automation machine within the specific time frame allocated.
2. Design I/O list and assign location according to mechanical design within the specific time frame allocated.
3. Issue materials list for the material needed & compile BOM list for projects.
4. Perform machine I/O check after machine power on.
5. Monitoring wiring job performed by sub-contractor.
6. Perform machine troubleshooting and solution when problem arises.
7. Perform electrical wiring installation, testing, and/or wiring assembly when requested by Superior.
8. Assist production electrical and wiring support, onsite service & troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

1. Possess at least a Diploma/ Advance Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Engineering in Electrical/Electronic or Mechatronics or equivalent.
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Automation and Electrical Control Circuit Designing.
3. Related experience in the automation industries.
4. Able to handle projects independently.
5. Capable to coordinate with customer independently.
6. Should possess responsibility, strong communication, and action-orientated skills.

Skills

1. Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a must.
2. Electrical wiring design, positioning control and troubleshooting.
3. Aggressive, creative & self-motivated.
4. Possess strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
