Job summary

The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, along with strong coordination and communication skills, is necessary to meet project deadlines and ensure compliance with local standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a BIM Modeler (Electrical).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems in buildings.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD levels, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical BIM models including various systems.
• Prepare shop and construction drawings based on design specifications.
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using Navisworks.
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and codes.
