Job summary

A leading medical device company in Johor, Iskandar Puteri seeks an EHSS Associate Engineer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage EHSS programs. The ideal candidate will develop EHSS management systems, conduct workplace inspections, and lead safety training. A Bachelor's degree in Environment, Health & Safety is required along with 3–4 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of regulations, excellent communication skills, and multi-language fluency are preferred. Flexibility to work across shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the Safety & Health field, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHSS laws and regulations.
• Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazards.
• Develop and maintain EHSS management systems.
