Responsibilities include making calls to prospective students, maintaining professional relationships, and generating reports. Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in relevant fields and have experience in marketing or higher education. Call student using a given phone directory to promote our college programmes. To work closely with the admission and marketing team to ensure new student enrollment target are met in every intake. Invite student for briefing on scholarship. Continuously maintain professionalism, confidentiality and integrity in all customer interactions and offer the best customer service experience by proactively, expeditiously and effectively solving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. To generate reports, presentation slide for meeting whenever requires. The position will also be involved in events, exhibitions and promotions e.g. school visits and student appointment.
