Are you passionate about guiding students towards their educational and career goals? UNDO Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Counsellor and Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing personalized guidance to students and playing a crucial role in the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Education Counselling:
  • Talk to students one-on-one to understand their educational and career goals.
  • Share info on academic programs, careers, and admission requirements.
  • Assist students in planning their education and career paths.
  • Stay updated on education trends, programs, and scholarships.
  • Organize workshops on education and careers.
• Student Recruitment:
  • Develop strategies to attract students to UNDO Academy.
  • Attend events to promote the academy and recruit students (School Open Days, Educational Fairs, School Visits, etc).
  • Contact potential students through phone and email for appointments.
  • Recruit and enrol students to meet targets.
  • Build relationships with educational partners.
  • Conduct counselling sessions with students and parents.
  • Follow up on application submissions.
  • Provide expert advice on education and career opportunities.
  • Gather information from educators, students, and parents.
  • Participate in events like education fairs and workshops.
  • Handle tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Open to Malaysians only
• Proficient communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin (knowledge of multiple languages is a plus).
• Previous experience in student recruitment is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree; additional qualifications related to Marketing and Business or equivalent fields are a plus.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and content marketing is a plus.
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
