Role Description

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented E-commerce professional ready to make a significant impact? myFirst is looking for a Senior/Junior E-commerce located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia to spearhead the growth and success of our online presence across a vast global footprint, including 10 regions: US, UK, EU, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand & UAE. In this vital role, you will manage and optimize our online stores daily, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving sales performance. We\'re looking for someone with a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, digital marketing strategies, data-driven insights, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 year of proven experience in managing and growing e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok) and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of online customer behavior and user experience principles.
