Job summary

A secondhand fashion retailer in Johor Bahru is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to support online store performance and provide customer support. The role involves assisting with product uploads, fulfilling online orders, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in a related field, have good command of English, and display strong communication skills. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time, office-based role with working hours from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in the related field required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
• Assist the e-commerce operations team to edit and upload products to hit online sales target
• Assit the e-commerce operations team in fulfilling online orders
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
• Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
• Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
• Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in the related field
• Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
• Good command of English
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
• Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
• Able to commute office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)
