A secondhand fashion retailer in Johor Bahru is seeking an E-commerce Operations Associate to support online store performance and provide customer support. Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in the related field required.
• Experience with Warehouse Management is preferred.
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs.
• Assist the e-commerce operations team to edit and upload products.
• Provide customer support through various channels.
• Record feedback and escalate issues to relevant teams.
