A leading ecommerce company in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking an Ecommerce Marketing & Customer Success Executive. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in relevant fields and skills in ecommerce platforms and basic marketing tools. Responsibilities include planning digital marketing initiatives, responding to customer inquiries, and managing order issues. The role offers a 5-day work week, flexible hours, and a friendly team culture, fostering growth in both ecommerce marketing and customer success.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)
Comfortable using ecommerce platforms, chat systems and basic marketing tools (social media ads manager, email tools, spreadsheets)
Customer-focused, patient and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and good time management
Strong communication skills in English and/or Mandarin

Plan and execute basic digital marketing activities, including social media posts, simple email campaigns and product promotions on platforms such as Shopify, Ebay, Amazon or similar.
Respond to customer enquiries via live chat, email, WhatsApp and marketplace messages, ensuring fast, accurate and polite responses.
Handle order-related issues such as product questions, order status, returns, refunds and warranty requests, following company policies.
Monitor customer feedback and reviews, flag recurring issues and work with the team to improve store content, FAQs and processes.
Support basic reporting on marketing and customer service KPIs (e.g. response time, rating, conversion rate, campaign results).
Assist with creating and updating product listings: images, descriptions, pricing, tags and SEO keywords to improve visibility and conversions.
