A leading preschool organization in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Early Childhood Educator to plan and implement educational programs. The ideal candidate will foster a conducive learning environment, manage classroom activities, and collaborate with staff and parents. Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education and at least 1 year of teaching experience, although fresh graduates are also welcome. The role demands good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a caring personality to handle young children.

Qualifications

Plan, supervise, and implement the programme for the class in accordance with the centre’s policies and framework.

Complete lesson plans and progress reports on children for each semester.

Prepare a comprehensive developmental portfolio for each child.

Maintain a high standard of professional competence through continual professional development.

Foster a stimulating and conducive environment to the academic, creative, and critical learning of children.

Manage all aspects of classroom management and ensure the safety and hygiene of the children.

Collaborate closely with other teaching staff in carrying out duties.

Build and maintain close partnerships with parents.

To participate & support in activities, including school events, marketing events, required trainings , celebrations and any other duties assigned by the Centre Director.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

- MALAYSIAN CITIZEN ONLY

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Early childhood but also applicable to fresh graduate

Passionate in early childhood education

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Must have a fun and good personality to handle young children and provide them with a good preschool environment

Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth

A caring and approachable nature

Required language(s): English & Bahasa Melayu
