TH KIDS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dedicated team in our Subang Jaya, Selangor location. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and skilled early years practitioner to shape the learning and development of young children in our nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, activities and routines to support the holistic development of children aged 0-6 years
• Create a clean, safe, stimulating and caring learning environment that encourages children's natural curiosity and fosters their physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth
• Observe and document children's progress, identifying individual learning needs and adapting your approach accordingly
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and their families, serving as a trusted partner in their educational journey and growth
• Collaborate with the wider early years team to share best practices and continually improve our provision
• Ensure all safeguarding and regulatory requirements are met, prioritizing the wellbeing and safety of the children in our care

What we're looking for

• Recognized early years teaching qualification, such as a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Demonstrable experience working in an early years setting, with a minimum of 1 year, and ideally 2+ years
• Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and pedagogical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
• Creative, energetic and adaptable, with a genuine passion for inspiring young minds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain high standards of care and education
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a collaborative, reflective approach
