Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Foster the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Engage with children during activities and ensure their safety and well‑being.
Requirements
  • Passionate individual who loves and enjoys working with children.
  • Minimum Diploma in ECCE or Equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with no experience are welcome.
  • Able to speak fluent English or Chinese.
  • Knowledge of child development theories and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a nurturing environment.
