Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide relevant data and analysis to the operations team throughout the supply chain.
2. Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to local or international freight transportation.
4. Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing.
5. Ensure that internal teams recommend the most advantageous transportation modes, routing, equipment or frequency.
6. Direct and follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers.
7. Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
8. Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management.
9. Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Responsible for any other task requested by management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree holders with minimum 3 years working experience in logistics, especially shipping operation.
2. Possess strong interpersonal skills, self-initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
4. Good command of spoken and written English.
5. Added advantage for Mandarin speaking.
