Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales Specialist. This individual will be reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the Agaatt outlet store on Shopee & other marketplaces, overseeing and managing daily operations, customer service, marketing, deliveries, etc. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales through effective channel management.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall e-commerce business across online marketplaces like Shopee.
- Drive sales growth and improve product visibility and rankings through marketplace strategies.
- Create price books weekly, daily or as needed and keep the store prices updated daily with regular day price, offer day price, and mega sale price.
- Secure campaign slots and participate in promotional activities and KOLs.
- Negotiate deals and oversee operational improvements to maximize growth.
- Act as a liaison between the company and OEM brands, such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, and internal teams.
- Manage daily operations, including product listing (descriptions & creatives), pricing, and updates on the Shopee platform.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure on-time fulfilment.
- Process and monitor orders and shipping logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support via Shopee chat or other channels.
- Respond to customer messages and resolve issues related to purchases.
- Analyze sales data and use it to inform business decisions and improve performance.
Communication
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Must be direct and transparent.
Reporting
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Generate weekly inventory reports.
- Plan stock purchases to avoid inventory shortages.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, sales, or account management, preferably on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Outlook for emails.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel and visit customers and OEM brands.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines and KPIs.
