Job summary

A leading footwear brand in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Packer. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least an SPM qualification, with experience in e-commerce fulfillment preferred. Strong communication skills in English and Malay are necessary; Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time position aimed at ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Tomaz Shoes is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Packer to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As an E-Commerce Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately packing customer orders for delivery. This full-time position is an integral part of our online retail operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Carefully pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipping
• Ensure all orders are packaged securely and neatly to prevent damage during transit
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organisation in the packing area
• Process and prepare outgoing shipments in a timely manner
• Assist with stock counting and inventory management tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to any packing‑related inquiries

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a packing or e‑commerce fulfillment role, preferably in the retail industry
• Good written and verbal communication in English & Malay. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Comfortable using basic technology and systems to process orders
• A proactive and organized approach to work
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
