  • Collaborate with influencers/creators as needed.
  • Ensure timely processing, packing & shipping of orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse on stock movement & replenishment.
  • Forecast demand for low-stock items.
  • Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Handle returns, complaints & provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction & ratings.
  • Track sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Recommend strategies to improve conversion & revenue.
