Description
  • Own and drive revenue growth and P&L performance across key marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Zalora).
  • Develop and execute platform‑specific growth strategies, including SWOT analysis, competitive tracking, and campaign planning.
  • Lead monthly and mega campaign participation, maximizing sales impact through strong execution and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Scale social commerce initiatives such as TikTok livestreaming, affiliate programs, and influencer partnerships to drive traffic and conversion.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end marketplace operations, including pricing, promotions, content, storefront, and product listing optimization.
  • Manage merchandising and inventory readiness, ensuring optimal assortment, sell‑through, and campaign alignment.
  • Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and platform analytics, optimizing paid media and operations to drive continuous improvement.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E‑commerce, or a related discipline, with a strong commercial foundation.
  • At least 5 years of hands‑on experience managing major marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.
  • Demonstrated success in owning P&L and driving revenue growth through data‑driven decisions and execution excellence.
  • Proven expertise in campaign management and marketplace operations, from planning to post‑campaign optimisation.
  • Practical experience in social commerce and livestreaming, leveraging creators, affiliates, and content to boost conversion and engagement.
