Job description

We are looking for an energetic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our e-commerce logistics team. Your areas of responsibilities will include logistics management and administration work within an exciting retail e-commerce environment.

Key Duties:
  • To process online orders:
    • Pick up and sorting goods from tenants to packaging parcels based on scheduled time frame and dateline for the orders.
    • Food pick up and arrangement from tenants to riders to shoppers (Click&Carry/ Curbside Pickup/ Food Delivery/ Swift Delivery) in a timely manner.
    • Loading, transporting, and delivery items to shoppers in a safe, timely manner.
    • Assist office to despatch goods (if any).
  • Reviewing orders before and after delivery arrangement to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct.
  • Handle proper daily transactions, generate reports with proper filing and basic analysis for optimization.
  • Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
  • Assist administration on data and product uploading and maintenance.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by superior(s).
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in logistic or other relevant disciplines with 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, warehousing and logistics.
  • Own Class B (motorbike) and D driving license (manual car preferred).
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality with customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-lingual with good problem-solving skills.
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize delivery orders.
  • Able to work 6 days a week and shift hours of a mall operating hours, weekends and public holidays.
