  • Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including third-party marketplaces
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and marketing and incorporate this knowledge into the company's e-commerce and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate and follow through with daily online sales orders and process return orders if necessary
  • Work closely with logistics/warehouse team on orders delivery and stocks inventory
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
