E-Commerce Assistant Manager ( Mandarin Speaker)

Hands-on experience managing and growing online stores on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and/or Shopee. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns. Experience managing e-commerce customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution. Ability to collaborate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and return handling. Strong analytical mindset with experience in reading sales data, reports, and customer insights. Creative, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and platforms efficiently. Able to communicate effectively with regional counterparts across China and Southeast Asia. Fluent in Mandarin and English (both verbal & written).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow official stores across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Develop platform-specific sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Execute campaigns such as live streams, vouchers, bundle deals, and flash sales.
  • Create and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, and videos) for maximum conversion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolutions.
  • Monitor and manage reviews & ratings to maintain strong brand reputation.
  • Work closely with the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and delivery-related issues.
  • Analyze platform performance (sales, traffic, conversion) and generate insights for improvement.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform features, and competitor activities to drive continuous growth.
