Qualifications

  • Knowledge in construction cost management, tendering, and contract administration.
  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Able to read architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cost estimation, budget, and bills of quantities (BQ) for projects.
  • Assist in tender preparation, quotation analysis, and procurement process.
  • Evaluate and compare contractor and supplier quotations.
  • Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
  • Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost tracking.
  • Conduct site measurements and verify work done.
  • Maintain proper documentation and project cost records.
