What you’ll be doing
  • Assisting the General Manager in managing the hotel’s operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services
  • Supervising and training staff to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Monitoring budgets, forecasting, and implementing cost‑saving measures
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints effectively and promptly
  • Collaborating with marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the hotel
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, staff, and other stakeholders
  • Proficient in budget management, financial reporting, and cost control
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and industry best practices
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
